Are your pre-owned RVs inspected before sale?
Yes. Every pre-owned unit we sell is quality-approved and inspected, ensuring reliable performance and value.

Service & parts
Do you offer RV service and maintenance?
Absolutely. Our full-service RV department is staffed with licensed and certified technicians who handle everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs, helping keep your RV adventure-ready year-round.
Can you service RVs I didn’t buy from you?
Yes, our bilingual service team works on RVs whether they were purchased from us or another dealer, using the latest tools and diagnostics to maintain and repair your unit.
Do you sell RV parts and accessories?
Yes, we offer a variety of RV parts, accessories, and add-ons to help you customize, maintain, and upgrade your RV for safe, comfortable camping.
Quebec buyers
What is the difference between buying an RV in Quebec and buying an RV in Ontario?
None; it’s exactly the same process.
How does sales tax work for Quebec residents?
You pay the same tax as if you are buying in Quebec, and we take care of the rest.
How does registration work for Quebec residents?
We take care of getting you a 10-day transit pass. When you take delivery and sign the final paperwork, we provide all the forms you need, pre-filled, so you can simply go to the SAAQ and get your official registration and plate.
Do you provide after-sales service in Quebec?
Yes, within a one-hour drive. The same warranty applies, and we service all units we sell. There may be fees beyond a one-hour drive.

Where is Alexandria Camping Centre located?
Our main dealership is at 3875 County Rd. 34 in Alexandria, Ontario, and we proudly serve RV buyers from Eastern Ontario and Southwest Quebec, including communities like Hawkesbury, Cornwall, Embrun, and Vaudreuil-Dorion.
What are your hours?
Sales and Service are both open Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM. On weekends, Sales is open Saturday 9 AM – 3 PM and Sunday 11 AM – 3 PM; Service is open Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM and closed Sunday.
Do you speak French and serve bilingual customers?
Yes, our team can assist you in English or French. About 90% of our staff is fully bilingual, including our sales team, service department, and receptionist.
